Tracking Your Order

Once your neon sign has shipped, our team will email you a tracking number so you can follow its delivery.

Cancellations

All orders are considered final once placed through our website. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

After this 24-hour period, cancellations cannot be accepted because every neon sign is handmade to your selected specifications and cannot be resold to another customer.

Returns

We accept returns for incorrect products, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify both HAPPYNEON and the delivery carrier within 7 days of receiving your package.

Please email sales@happyneon.com and include clear photos or videos showing the condition of the neon sign and any damage to the packaging. This information helps us verify the issue and determine the most appropriate resolution.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, the available resolution may include:

• Repairing the product
• Replacing the product
• Sending replacement parts
• Issuing a partial refund
• Issuing a full refund

Handmade Variations

Because every neon sign is handmade, slight variations in appearance and minor color differences may occur. Colors can also appear different depending on screen settings and lighting conditions. These minor variations are not considered product defects.

12-Month Warranty

Every HAPPYNEON product is covered by a 12-month warranty. If your item develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact us and our team will work with you to resolve the issue.
