"So Fucking Awesome" Neon Sign

LED neon signs are created using light emitting diodes (LEDs) which are strung closely together so that the light they emit overlaps and creates a steady source of light. LED flex is made of silicone and acrylic, they are durable and long-lasting. Each light is encased in flexible rubber tubing, and powered by LEDs. So basically, LED neon signs are safe, not easy fragile, neat, power saving, but not gorgeous enough if compare to Glass neon signs.

Glass neon signs are electric signs lighted by long luminous gas-discharge tubes that contain rarefied neon or other gases. Neon signs were popular in the world from about 1920–1960. The signage industry has declined in the past several decades, and cities are now concerned with preserving and restoring their antique neon signs. So basically glass neon signs are brightness, retro, gorgeous, but little fragile than LED Neon.

Our neon signs are mounted on acrylic, Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP), or metal frame backing. This allows you to be able to easily mount or hang the sign in your home and ensures that it will have a sturdy and reliable hang.

We offer three standard sizes, 50cm/70cm/90cm, and for some LED neon lights, we offer an additional 120cm size option. If you need the size bigger than 120cm, please contact us.

What's "Longest Side" mean?

If the design is horizontal, then the longest side refers to its width, and the other side is calculated according to the design ratio. Below is an example:

If the design is vertical, the longest side refers to its height, and the other side is also calculated according to the design proportion. Below is an example:

If the sign is above 110 cm wide, we may part it into different pieces. When mounting the sign, the separation will be barely visible, and it makes the sign stronger, here is an example:

For LED neon signs, we offer 10 single color options.

We also provide the multi-color (RGB) option, which means you can change the color of your LED neon sign by remote. 7+ different colors in one sign, 1 color shown at a time.

For glass neon signs, we offer 9 color options: Red, Pink, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Ice Blue, Purple, White.

Typically, our Neon signs are hung or mounted to a wall, if you have nowhere to install it and you need a stand, we've got you covered!

Acrylic Box Stand It's made of two pieces of clear acrylic and screws, and when assembled, the neon light looks like in a box.

Acrylic Base Stand This option provides a solid base that runs the length of the sign - it is very stable!

We recommend purchasing the dimmer as it allows you to dim the neon sign's brightness. Depending on the size and design of your LED neon sign, you may receive one of the two dimmers below.

Small touch dimmer- Adjust the brightness with the switch.

Dimmer with Remote Control

It comes with a receiver and remote control. Before use, you need to put a 12v27a alkaline battery in the remote.

If you are buying a glass neon, you need to put a 12v23a alkaline battery in dimmer remote.

Sorry, we do not offer Blinking or Flickering neon signs.

Our standard LED neon signs and glass neon signs are indoor signs that can be used at outdoor events, parties, etc... provided it is for short periods in fair weather, and they do not get wet. Please note that our standard signs are not watertight and should not be exposed to wet weather, extreme heat or cold.

But yes! We can make your neon outdoor compatible! ONLY FOR LED NEONS. The sign will be made slightly differently so it is safe to use outdoors. Normally we would put a small cap on the end of the LED flex, here is an example.

Note that they are somewhat waterproof but not for underwater use. Also, although the light itself is waterproof, the power supply is not, it needs to be placed indoors or under the eaves.

We can make your LED neon sign change colors! It’s our multi-color option. It allows you to change the color of your LED neon sign by remote. 7+ different colors in one sign, 1 color shown at a time. Here's a quick example of what it could look like:

Sometimes the design is complicated that we can’t make it, there are two solutions. We can increase the size, but it will also increase the cost. We have another better solution is using engrave, we can engrave some details on the acrylic backing, the engraved part does not emit light, but can be illuminated by the light next to it. It's great for keeping intricate designs in a limited size.

Here is the example, the border and "PIVO'S TAVERN" is made by LED Neon, other parts are engraved.

Neon sign only can made the outline of the design, but we can print the image on the acrylic backing, it will keep all the details of your design, sometimes it will also able to reduce the size to keep the cost lower. Please contact us if you want more information about this.

The Standard power is plug into a power socket. For LED neon signs, they come with a plug that’s specific to the country you’re shipping to. For glass neon, it comes with a US plug and an adapter if you are out of US.

We also offer battery packs and USB port options for small LED neon signs. Please contact us to find out if your design is suitable for these two options.

LED neon lights come with a 2m (78 inches) clear cable by default. Glass neon with 1.8m (6ft) black cable.

If you need to increase the length of the cable, please contact us and we will upgrade it for you.

Both LED and traditional glass neon signs can run for a very long time depending on usage and environmental conditions. The lifetime of a sign is usually based on hours of glow, so the less you use them, and in the better conditions you keep them in, the longer they will last. Usually, the lifetime of both neon lights is 3-5 years.

If you are buying an LED neon sign, you have 3 options:

• Mount it to the wall
  In your parcel, you will find the screw set that's tailored to your sign, this will allow you to easily mount your sign to the wall.
• Hang it from the ceiling
  It is also possible to hang your sign from the ceiling. Just mention it and we will pre-drill the acrylic backing accordingly and provide you with the hanging wire.
• Use 3M Stripes
  For a small size sign (50cm and below), you can also use clear 3M Stripes to stick it to the wall.

Alternatively, if you cannot mount or hang your sign, we can offer you a stand option.

If you purchased a glass neon, we will provide a chain so you can hang your neon on the wall.

We offer a 1-year warranty with all our neon signs.

However, this does not extend to any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage during usage.

Warranty Coverage for Hard-Wired & Installed Signs - Happy Neon bears no responsibility for any costs incurred when installing and/or uninstalling your sign. If, in the unlikely event that your sign is experiencing a presumed fault, we will request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may require the sign to be sent back to us for replacement or repair.
