Once your sign is shipped, our team will send you the tracking number so you can follow the delivery.

Returns/Cancellation

All orders are considered final once they are placed through our website. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24-hour period, cancellations will not be accepted, as every neon sign is handmade and customized according to your selected specifications and cannot be resold to another customer.

We only accept returns for incorrect products, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify both HAPPYNEON and the delivery carrier within 7 days of receiving the package. Please email sales@happyneon.com and provide clear photos or videos showing the condition of the sign and any damage to the packaging so that we can verify the issue.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, the available resolution may include repairing or replacing the product, sending replacement parts, issuing a partial refund, or issuing a full refund.

Because all neon signs are handmade, slight variations in appearance and minor color differences may occur. Colors may also appear differently due to variations in screen settings, lighting conditions, and printer calibration. These minor variations are not considered product defects.

All of our products are covered by a 12-month warranty. If your item develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
